RULES
The lottery is open to all the participants in the STE project, correctly completing the STE project questionnaire.
PRIZES
4 travels will be offered as a prize in 2007, flight, stay and 10 dives included, offered by Pianeta Terra
S.r.l. The names of the 4 winners will be drawn among all the ones who correctly completed the
questionnaire. The drawing will be done by the research group working on the project.
WINNERS
The research group will communicate the prize assignation to the winner one week after the drawing, by email
and return receipt registered letter. The winner will have 3 weeks to send to the research group a
declaration to accept the prize without reserves, or he will lose it. This declaration can be written on
unstamped paper and sent to Marine Science Group, Department of Evolutionary and Experimental Biology,
Via F. Selmi 3 - 40126 Bologna. Only the declarations sent with return receipt registered letter,
within three weeks from the date of communication, will be considered valid. The distribution Post Office
stamp and date will be considered for that purpose.
If the winner is under 18 years old, a declaration of prize acceptance by his parents will be required.
If the declaration will not be received within the indicated term, a new drawing will be done.
After receiving the declaration of acceptance, the research group will communicate the name of the winner
to the administrative responsible of Pianeta Terra S.r.l, who will adjust with the winners any travel
detail.
The winner will have ninety days to use the prize; after that period the prize will be lost.
The travel is personal, and then it will not be possible to hand it over to a third party.
